After leaving the service in 2008, having achieved the rank of Master Sergeant (MSG), she used her leadership and project management experience to start the following non-profit organizations (on behalf of their founding Board of Directors):

My Passion
Having grown up in the family business with my dad, I witnessed the joy and the feeling of well-being that comes to a person who "doing what they love." That whole experience has led me to a thing that I now get to do.
Namely, I help others match their interests, aptitudes, and intellect to employment and business opportunities that they will truly enjoy. Further, I get to show them how to set themselves up for successful interviews and to be one who is much more likely to be hired!
